Memorial at Lake Washington for Grandpa Horsley

Grandma Marie brought a rose from the garden and Grandpa's picture so he could be there with all of us.

On July 11, 2009, we met together as families at Lake Washington to have a small memorial service and spread our Grandpa Horsley's ashes. It was a beautiful day and I know Grandpa would have so enjoyed the day with us...actually, I know he was there with us that day in spirit. My dad, David Horsley, holds baby Ashton Horsley, Paul's youngest child and Mark, my brother-in-law, married to my sister, Melissa, holds his son, Noah Dempsey.

Yeah, I know, a bit strange but my close girlfriends, Dana, Carrie, and Tammie met up with me in Williams at Granzella's to celebrate my singlehood as of June 2nd. We had a great time and I am so blessed to have great friends who take care of me. You guys are the best.
